Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OSA positive group: AHI = 5 OSA negative group: AHI < 5 Lateral cephalometric radiograph taken based on a justified indication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent to participate in the study No consent to receive information about incidental findings (e.g., sleep apnea, other sleep abnormalities) Presence of craniofacial syndromes History of severe accidents involving fractures in the facial skull or cervical spine

Difference of the posterior upper airway space, measured on lateral cephalograms, between patients with OSA (OSA-positive group) and patients without OSA (OSA-negative group).
