Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: # Ability to communicate sufficiently in German # Nursing degree 0-5 # Affiliation to the mentioned health professions with corresponding specialization # Professional experience of at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: # under 18 years of age # not able to communicate sufficiently in German # Care level 0 or 3 and higher # Belonging to professional groups not in focus # lack of professional experience

Measure	Time frame
The qualitative data collection will take place in the period from 12.2024 to 09.2025. In addition to the time windows mentioned, an essential element is to end the data collection when the planned number of people in the focus groups has been reached or data saturation has been reached. The quantitative data collection was successfully conducted between July 2025 and December 2025.	—
