Inclusion criteria: congenital heart disease patient in Deutsches Herzzentrum München

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: insufficient language clinical instability

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Goal of the first part is to validate a short-questionaire (Emotionsthermometer) in the population of adults in congenital heart disease. Goal of the second part is to identify risk and protective factors for distress as well as the influence of distress on outcome.	—

Measure	Time frame
The importance of psychosocial care for adults with congenital heart disease should be demonstated and the utilization of such care improved.	—
