Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Good state of health, able to give consent, completed professional training as an emergency paramedic, emergency paramedics in training with knowledge of CPR resuscitation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Significant mental or physical health impairment <18 years of age Paramedics, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, trainee emergency paramedics without practical and theoretical training in the resuscitation treatment pathway

| Time until the defibrillation pads are applied, time interval and time when the first shock was delivered. Time until an extraglottic airway is established, time interval and time when the patient is adequately ventilated. Time until IV access is established, time interval and time when medication can be administered/infused via IV access. Time until amiodarone is drawn up, time interval and time when amiodarone is ready for administration. Time until epinephrine is drawn up, time interval and time when epinephrine is ready for administration. Total time of the case study per team size in which all 5 SOP measures were carried out until the positive success check and according to the implementation order. Subjective assessment of the study participant of his performance, safety with regard to SOP implementation and the question of whether an emergency physician is necessary in the resuscitation treatment pathway.
