Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: RABBIT: rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis confirmed by a rheumatologist, start of DMARD therapy, age of onset at least 16 years, written consent MS registry: MS diagnosed according to McDonald criteria, place of residence in Germany, written consent CF registry: Cystic fibrosis (according to AWMF guideline 026/023 Diagnosis of cystic fibrosis from June 2013), CFSPID (CF screening positive, inconclusive diagnosis) (according to Munck, J Cyst Fibros 2015), CFTR-associated disease (according to AWMF guideline 026/023 Diagnosis of cystic fibrosis from June 2013)

Exclusion criteria: Medical registry: missing declaration of consent and missing or "unknown" gender entry
