Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - one episode (=4 days) of nonspecific back pain in the last 12 months - Sedentary work (= 3 hours per day)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy - Unhealed bone fractures - Acute infection (e.g. fever, night sweats, gastrointestinal infection) - Neurological deficits - Acute weight loss - Tumours - Drug consumption - Specific back pain: vertebral fracture, infection (e.g. spondylitis), inflammatory back pain, slipped vertebrae, spinal canal stenosis, scoliosis, arthrosis (e.g. spondylarthrosis) - Age 110 kg
