Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents with child(ren) aged 0 to 17 years electronic consent to the study is available resident in Schleswig-Holstein

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No electronic consent to the study Children have reached the age of 19 in the meantime not resident in Schleswig-Holstein

Quality of life / health status of children and adolescents in Schleswig-Holstein (KIDSCREEN-10) Degree of disability Need for pediatric care and defined care services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, remedial educational support (from CHC SUN Part 1) Parents' perception of difficulty in covering pediatric care needs for their child Utilization of medical care services Physical activity (amount of physical activity) and satisfaction with physical activity environment Body weight and height (BMI) Nutritional behavior (consumption of fruit, vegetables, fast food, convenience foods, sugary soft drinks, energy drinks, duration of breastfeeding) Dental health (frequency of tooth brushing, dental check-ups, age at first dental consultation, use of fluoride toothpaste, type of table salt used and administration of fluoride tablet with or without vitamin D in the first year of life) Monthly and lifetime prevalence of addictive substances (nicotine, alcohol, drugs) Screen time and critical / pathological gaming, streaming or social media behavior (GADIS-P, STREDIS-P, SOMEDIS-P)	—
