Primary

MeasureTime frame
Achilles subtendon dynamic length and length change (normalized to % of shank length) 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Tone (Hz), Dynamic Stiffness (N/m) and Elasticity (Logarithmic decrement) of Achilles tendon 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment Tissue quality (Echo intensity value), thickness (mm) and cross-sectional area (mm²) of Achilles tendon 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment Muscle activity of the soleus, gastrocnemius medialis and gastrocnemius lateralis (% MVC) 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment Ankle and knee joint angles (°), Foot rotation and progression (°) and normalized moments (Nm/kg) 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment Heel rise height (mm) 3 and 12 months after surgical treatment
