Structure of trans-sectoral urgent patient pathways, quantified via process mining of linked routine data to identify and analyse pathway variants and sectoral transitions (data collection period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026).

MeasureTime frame
Prevalence and distribution of patient pathway variants from routine data. Concordance between data-derived and self-reported patient pathways. Frequency and features of inefficient/avoidable service use. Proportion and patterns of pain-related pathways. Reported barriers to access and coordination from surveys. Demographic and clinical characteristics for stratified analyses.
