H., 2000) - UCLA Loneliness Scale (Döring & Bortz, 1993) - NEO Five Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI; Borkenau & Ostendorf, 2007) - 5 items on brand attitude: 1. A brand name is an important source of information about the quality of a product. 2. The brand name of a product influences my purchase decision. 3.
