Group 1: Retrospective, anonymous data analysis of ALS patients and non-ALS patients who have received a PEG. The following parameters are analysed and compared among the patients in this regard: "NIV
"post-interventional complications" nausea, pain, leakage, abscess, surgery, death, CT, hypoxemia, NIV, local infection, systemic infection, bleeding

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PEG application at the Alfried Krupp Hospital Essen Steele between 2019 and 2024.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No PEG implantation.
