Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients capable of consent with diagnosed idiopathic Parkinson's disease in accordance with MDS-criteria who are admitted for inpatient 14-day Parkinson's disease multimodal complex treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. acute psychosis 2. dementia (Mini-Mental-State <10) 3. Deep Brain Stimulation 4. atypical parkinsonian syndrom 5. logistical reasons 6. heavy language barrier 7. Inability to meet the study requirements
