Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome the amount of phyisical activity and the associated motor and cognitive performance, which are assessed using questinnaires and performance-based tests.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcomes are the activities of daily living and the psychosocial resources (quality of life, exercise-related self-efficacy, social support, depression), which are assessed using questionnaires before and after the 6-week intervention phase.
