Group 1: 20 min of cycling including a final section of 12 min with superimposed regional electrical stimulation (buttocks and thighs)
Group 2: 20 min of cycling without any stimulation

18 Years to 35 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - at least 4 hours of exercise per week - no previous experience with electrostimulation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - official contraindications for the use of electrical stimulation, such as an acute infection, cardiovascular disease or diabetes mellitus (DOI 10.3389/fspor.2024.1371723) - acute or chronic pain - analgesics prior to testing
