Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy sleep - no impairment of hearing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - participation in clinical pharmacological trials 4 weeks before the start of the study - diagnosed sleep disorder requiring treatment - drug or alcohol consumption - acute or chronic illnesses requiring treatment - use of hypnotics or medications that affect the sleep-wake center - neuro-psychiatric states of illnesses

Sleep efficacy, measured by eight-hours electrophysiological recording of sleep (polysomnography - PSG) accoring to guidelines of the American Association of Sleep Medicine (AASM)
