Group 1: Patients with aortic stenosis as proven by an transthoracic echocardiogram (TTE) in the cardiology echo lab, Charité Campus Virchow Klinikum.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of aortic valve stenosis (mild, moderate, or severe) by transthoracic echocardiography performed by an expert in echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age under 18 years. 2) History of aortic valve replacement (prosthetic valve or homograft) or transfemoral aortic valve intervention (TAVI or balloon valvuloplasty). 3) Imaging quality reported as: "poor" or "insufficient".
