12-item very short form of the Body Perception Questionnaire as a proxy for interoceptive sensitivity and autonomic reactivity (BPQ; Porges, 1993, Laboratory of Developmental Assessment: University of Maryland; see also Kolacz et al., 2018), collected at the beginning and retest after 2-3 months after the intervention period, measurement period from June 2019 to November 2019
