Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with known COPD and respiratory insufficiency type 2 (hypercapnic) - Compliance with drug therapy according to guidelines - Consent to the privacy policy and patient information - Cognitive and linguistic ability to answer the questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient age less than 18 years - Not capable of giving consent
