Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age = 18 years • Presence of a congenital heart defect • Patient at the ACHD center of DHM • Ability to provide consent • Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Mental, cognitive, or language impairments that prevent the patient from participating in the study • Refusal to participate in the study

Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) •Use of a clinically validated psychometric questionnaire to assess quality of life, subjective symptom perception, daily life impairments, and experiences with rehabilitation measures. The questionnaire covers physical symptoms, psychological well-being, functional limitations, social aspects, and knowledge about rehabilitation measures, application processes, and perceived barriers. | — |
