Interventions

Group 1: Multimodal body- and mindfulness-oriented digital intervention for improving emotion regulation skills and reducing of internal stress load (eight modules of 45 minutes each over eight weeks)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: good command of the German language sufficient digital competence internet-enabled smartphone and/or internet access via PC informed Consent screening questionnaire: increased stress load in daily life measured by the PSS-10 (cut-off value = 14)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fulfillment of criteria for acute psychiatric disorders: Organic, including symptomatic mental disorders (ICD10: F00-09), mental and behavioral disorders due to psychoactive substances and dependence disorders (ICD10: F10-19), schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders (ICD10: F20-29), developmental disorders (ICD10: F80-89), and acute reactions to severe stress (ICD10: F43.0 Acute stress reaction, F43.1 Post-traumatic stress disorder, F44 Dissociative disorders (conversion disorders)) Simultaneous use of psychotherapeutic services or simultaneous participation in other stress reduction courses (e.g. prevention courses); assessed as part of the screening before the intake interview.
