Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with an oncological disease (ICD10 C00-C97), incl. relapse, who are undergoing inpatient or outpatient treatment and are receiving chemotherapeutic treatment. In the case of recurrence: The period between initial disease (last chemotherapy) and study inclusion must be at least two years - Age: = 7 <18 years - Gender: Both male and female - Medical confirmation that physical activity is possible - Study start within the first chemotherapy cycle - Written declaration of consent from the legal guardian and the study participant must be available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Particular stressful/strenuous circumstances (based on medical recommendation) - Severe physical and / or mental impairments that make participation in the motor-cognitive training session or assessments impossible from a medical point of view - Severe chronic illnesses that prevent physical activity - Lack of language comprehension that prevents understanding of the consent form or instructions

- Influence of a 5-week motor training on cognitive performance, the acute perceived CRF and brain activity in pediatric oncology patients during the acute phase, assessed by a cognitive test battery (d2 test, trail making test), the PedsQL Multidimensional Fatigue Scale (CRF) and an EEG measurement. - Assessment of patient satisfaction measured on the dimensions of fun, motivation and participation with regard to motor-cognitive training. - Assessment of participating barriers in the training intervention.

Influence of a 5-week motor-cognitive exercise program on cognitive performance, cancer-related fatigue (CRF) and brain activity in pediatric oncology patients during the acute phase assessed by a cognitive test battery (d2 test, trail making test), the PedsQL Multidimensional Fatigue Scale and EEG measurement. The parameters are measured at two time points. The initial measurement takes place before the intervention is carried out and the final measurement after the intervention period.
