In this study healthy male and female individuals are being included

Interventions

Group 1: The test subject is subjected to a training session on two consecutive days. Thermogenesis, hormones and lactate are measured before, during and after the session.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy normal weight (BMI: 20-25 kg/m²) or healthy obese (BMI: >30 kg/m²) subjects, without secondary or other diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - known psychiatric, neurological or internal diseases - taking medication - nicotine or alcohol abuse - unusual psychological stress situations - disturbed sleep-wake rhythm - competitive sports - diets in the last 3 months - blood donation in the last 4 weeks - current participation in other studies
