Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a.) Nursing staff (three-year trained or academically qualified nursing staff with state recognition as a nursing specialist, as a health and pediatric nurse, as a geriatric nurse, as a pediatric nurse) b.) At the time of the focus group and the Delphi survey, active work in long-term care, in the care and treatment of residents (inpatient) or patients (outpatient) c.) German language skills that are sufficient to ensure that the nursing staff, as potential participants, can fully understand the content of the educational and information letter in order to ensure voluntary and informed participation, as well as active participation in the focus group, and that the questionnaire content can be recorded as part of the Delphi survey waves (online) and the survey of self-efficacy expectations (online) d.) Ability to give informed consent throughout the entire survey period - written consent to participate in the focus group as well as consent in the context of the online surveys and survey using online questionnaires).
