Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - healthy volunteers without functional limitations - Rehabilitation patients with acute lumbar disc damage undergoing AHB treatment (ICD-10: M51.0+ -M51.1, M51.9) in Bad Pyrmont and Hanover rehabilitation centres - Psychosomatic patients with persistent pain disorder (ICD-10: F45.41) from the Oberharz rehabilitation centre - Subjects from the DRV BS-H medical examination centre with chronic musculoskeletal disorders (ICD-10: M15-M99)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inability to sit at a DIN standard office workstation due to orthopaedic impairments such as short stature, severe deformities of the spine or pelvis (ICD-10: E34; M41; Q74) - Congenital limb deformities (ICD-10: Q74) - Acquired limb deformities (ICD-10: M21) - Walking with a medically prescribed pair of forearm crutches, prevents carrying a five-kilogram weight at the same time - Severe disorders (visual acuity III, EF<25% (ICD-10: I50.2) - Respiratory global insufficiency (ICD-10: J96.1) - Less than 6 hours of performance due to non-orthopaedic impairments, e.g. mental illness and behavioural disorders - Severe cognitive impairment (ICD-10: F72) - Diseases of the CNS (ICD-10: G96.9) - Acute illnesses and injuries - Test refusal on the part of test subjects - Persons unable to give consent - Persons who do not consent to participate - Pregnancy - Persons older than 65 years
