Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with pocket probing depths >6mm after anti-infective therapy for vertical 2- or 3-wall bone defects
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Smokers > 6 cigarettes per day, diabetics with Hba1c value >8

| The primary objective is to investigate the effectiveness of SMP and HA for periodontal regeneration in the treatment of intrabony 2 and 3-wall defects and class 2 furcations on molars.
