Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy male and female subjects Experience in resistance training (at least 2 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Upper limb injuries that prevent resistance training. Chronic neurophysiological, cardiovascular conditions

Muscle thickness at 50 % and 70 % distance between lateral epicondyle and acromion
