Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis for at least 3 months at the time of participation - Treatment at the gastroenterology outpatient clinic of the University Hospital Dresden - Informed consent for study participation

Exclusion criteria: age under 18 years
