Group 1: Critically ill patients are retrospectively and prospectively evaluated for the efficacy of anticoagulation and thrombosis prophylaxis in the intensive care unit.

Inclusion criteria: Treatment in the intensive care unit Drug-based thrombosis prophylaxis or anticoagulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Length of stay at ICU <48h
