Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's patients - Parkinson's disease (according to British Brain Bank criteria: L-dopa sensitivity of at least 50%). - Hoehn and Yahr stage = 2.5. - Fluctuations and/or dyskinesias for no longer than 3 years. - Written informed consent. - Age (40-75 years). Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects - Written informed consent - Age is adapted to that of the patient cohort (checked by the investigator)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for Parkinson's patients - History of falls: > 1 fall in the last 12 months, only allow 1 fall in the last 12 months if other tests have shown no abnormalities (NFOGQ = 0; UPDRSIII item 3.10 = 0; UPDRSIII item 3.11 = 0; TUG =2 ("Patient walks without assistance, but with significant gait disturbance.") - Occurrence of dyskinesia - Other psychiatric or neurological diagnoses, organic brain disease or severe systemic disease that may affect the central nervous system - BMI>30 - Metal implants on the head and in the vicinity of the cervical spine (e.g. through deep brain stimulation, stiffening of the cervical spine, etc.) Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects - previous neurological diseases - gait disorders - Metal implants on the head and in the vicinity of the cervical spine
