Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Evaluation of image quality and tissue resolution in photon-counting computed tomography (PCD-CT) based on subjective criteria (Likert scale) and objective measurements (Signal-to-Noise Ratio, Contrast-to-Noise Ratio), aiming to enhance diagnostic accuracy while reducing radiation exposure. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Collection and analysis of material decomposition data (e.g., calcium, iodine, fat, water) in tissues to establish new biomarkers for diseases such as liver steatosis, fibrosis, and musculoskeletal pathologies, and to assess their potential clinical benefits. | — |
