Inclusion criteria: Port implantation in interventional radiology during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Port infection after primary suture

Design outcomes

Primary

- Port explantation due to a port infection after secondary suturing with initially infection-free port wound dehiscence

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Occurrence and time of occurrence of port infection after secondary suturing (in days after port implantation) - Occurrence of sepsis after initially infection-free port wound dehiscence after secondary suturing - Occurrence and time of occurrence of port wound dehiscence after primary suture (in days after port implantation) - Occurrence and time of recurrence of port wound dehiscence after previous secondary suture (in days after port implantation) - Correlation of BMI with infection-free port wound dehiscence - Correlation of the chemotherapy or immunotherapy administered with the infection-free port wound dehiscence - Correlation of primary suturing technique with infection-free port wound dehiscence - Number of direct port explantations with infection-free port wound dehiscence - Proportion of patients with infection-free port wound dehiscence compared to all port systems placed in the respective center
