Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young top athletes (including FC Bayern Munich basketball, Adler Mannheim ice hockey) and young top musicians (Munich University of Music and Theater, possibly from other music universities and/or orchestras such as the Young German Philharmonic ...) signed consent to participate in the study, in the case of minors, an additional signed consent from the parents for their child to participate in the study Completion of the entire questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inclusion criteria not met or subsequently withdrawn consent to use the collected data for study evaluation

Hypothesis 1 High GRIT/BISS values ??are found (validated 8-item questionnaire) For successful young (14-20 years) - Top-elite athletes, basketball players (FCBB…), ice hockey players (Adler Mannheim…), soccer players (DFB U15-20 extended squad; TSG Hoffenheim, …) - Top musicians (young students at HMTM; competition prize winners)

Hypothesis 2 In successful young (14-20 years) top-elite athletes and top-elite musicians, similarly high GRIT values ??as well as other measured covariates can be measured across disciplines (in comparison between athletes of different sports and/or in comparison to musicians).
