Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female and male >70 years, at least two relevant comorbidities Female and male >80 years, who are considered geriatric patients due to their age-typical increased vulnerability In trauma surgery treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with multiple fractures, patients who were treated conservatively, patients with language barriers or foreign origin (difficult follow-up) and patients whose age does not meet the above-mentioned inclusion criteria are excluded.
