Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - at least one current mental disorder according to ICD-10 - current inpatient, day clinic or outpatient child/adolescent psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment - age 14-21 years - ability to give written informed consent - written informed consent of parents or legal guardians - sufficient German language skills (required for group participation and self-report measures)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Diagnosis that is limited to substance-use disorder (ICD-10: F1) without non-substance-related current psychiatric comorbidity - intellectual disability (IQ < 70; ICD-10: F7) - organic disorder (ICD-10: F0) - acute psychotic symptoms or acute suicidality - previous participation in the HOP program
