Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- establishment of an antigen-specific Fluorospot-Assay for MS-related antigens, such as MLC1, GlialCAM and EBNA1 - detection of a potential correlation between the frequency of antigen-specific memory B cells and the severity of the inflammatory neurological disease and MS, respectively.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- detection of antibodies against MLC1, GlialCAM and EBNA1 in the peripheral blood
