Inclusion criteria: Patients whose samples come from the routine diagnostics in the Cildren's Hospital's microbiology laboratory

MeasureTime frame
- Spectrum of microbiological tests and identified pathogens at the Children's Hospital.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Regarding internal validity: test performance (including sensitivity, specificity, as well as negative and positive predictive value; categorical agreement) - Regarding external validity: correlation of test results with demographic and clinical parameters. Influence of the results and their communication on therapeutic decisions
