Group 1: The survey participants will include: 100 long-term cancer survivors from 30 general practices in the practice network of the Institute for General Practice at the UKB

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Cancer diagnosis at least 5 years ago - Sufficient knowledge of German - Use of smart devices, incl. tablet / smartphone with internet connection and current operating system

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Younger than 18 years at the start of the study - Cancer diagnosis less than 5 years ago - Lack of German language skills - No use of smart devices
