Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of mental illness, consent of the test person or legal representative, general interest in work on the primary labour market, sufficient knowledge of German
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Learning disability or intellectual disability, insufficient knowledge of German, physical or bodily limitations
