Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students with native German language skills who are in the master's program in “Psychotherapy” at the University of Lübeck and are interested in a research internship with accompanying ACT training in the form of “ACT for Health”; In order to carry out the research internship, the formal requirements required for the degree program must be met

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who, despite meeting the inclusion criteria, do not have the opportunity to regularly participate in the “ACT for Health” training

Changes in psychological flexibility at the end of the "ACT for Health" training, which are recorded using specific questionnaires at the measurement times Baseline, Midtreatment, Post, Follow Up1 (1 month after the end of the training) and Follow Up 2 (3 months after the end of the training) (questionnaire for Acceptance and Action II (FAH-II) and Multidimensional Psychological Flexibility Inventory (MPFI))

Changes in psychological distress, ability to regulate emotions, health-related quality of life, psychological resilience and self-compassion at the end of the "ACT for Health" training, which are also measured using specific questionnaires that have proven to be valid and reliable for measuring the constructs (including DASS-21, SEK-27, SF12v2, SCS-SF, measure times: Baseline, Midtreatment, Post, FollowUp1, FollowUp2)
