Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male or female patients in family doctors offices or primary healthcare facilities with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: terminal illness, unable to stand or walk, cognitive impairment or unable to fill out the SARC-F-Questionnaire with or without assistance

feasibility of a simple screening for obesity, sarcopenia and osteoporosis of patients over 70 years of age in primary healthcare

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
estimation of the prevalence of the combination of obesity, sarcopenia and osteoporosis and furthermore the prevalence of a high risk of fracture according to FRAX without an established therapy in primary healthcare
