Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For the control group: sufficient vision and hearing, sufficient knowledge of German, age-appropriate cognitive abilities, no clinically significant neurological or psychiatric illnesses or illnesses that affect cognition and language, written declaration of consent to participate in the study. For participants with hearing loss: The same conditions of participation apply, but they should have hearing loss and must not have dementia symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For the control group: insufficient vision and hearing, insufficient knowledge of German, no age-appropriate cognitive abilities, presence of clinically significant neurological or psychiatric illnesses or illnesses that affect cognition and language, no written declaration of consent to participate in the study. For subjects with hearing loss: The same exclusion criteria apply. Further criteria are: a lack of hearing loss and/ or dementia.
