Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The expertise of the following stakeholder groups, as defined by the study team, should be incorporated into the design of the monitoring system: - Medical decision-makers (managers of clinics and intensive care units, medical staff of intensive care units, etc.) - Nursing decision-makers (centre managers, ward managers, nursing staff, etc.) - Hospital administration - Members of crisis committees - Rescue service control centres - Researchers and scientific staff - IT administrators
