Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on the parent-child ward, consent to participate in the study, sufficient knowledge of German on the part of the caregivers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent to participate in the study; insufficient German language skills of the caregivers

3 examination times: T0: Clarification interview (before inpatient admission) T1: Admission T2: As part of inpatient treatment, after 4 weeks T3: follow-up survey after 6 months Procedure at T0: If the parents have agreed to participate in the study, the first video to assess the quality of interaction according to EA (Emotional Availability) should already be recorded during the clarification interview. In addition, the following questionnaires are handed out with the request to complete them: -IKT (Integrative Assessment of the Child's Temperament) -SDQ (parents' judgment) (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) -EBI (Parent Stress Inventory) Procedure at T1: At the time of admission to hospital, parents are asked to complete the following questionnaires: -SDQ (parents' judgment) -EBI -EBSK (Parent Stress Screening for Child Endangerment) Furthermore, the care and education team is asked to also complete the SDQ. In addition, a video recording of an interaction sequence should be made again and the quality assessed according to EA. Procedure at T2: 4 weeks after hospitalization, we plan to hand out the following questionnaires again: -SDQ (parents' judgment) -SDQ (care team) -EBI -EBSK -ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) T2 also includes a video recording in order to be able to evaluate the interaction after 4 weeks of treatment. Finally, satisfaction with the treatment is to be assessed using the FBB questionnaire (caregiver and therapist assessment) (questionnaire to assess the treatment). Procedure at T3 (follow-up): We plan to administer the following questionnaires again 6 months after T2: -SDQ (parents' assessment) -EBI -EBSK Another video recording will be made to examine any medium-term interaction therapy effects.	—
