Group 1: HDP-Group Pregnant patients with a diagnosis of HDP and/or associated complications. Complications include: Preeclampsia
HELLP syndrome
eclampsia
peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM)
thrombogenic microangiopathies (TMA) in pregnancy (a-HUS, TTP)
acute renal failure in pregnancy
posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). Healthy control group: Pregnant patients without associated pregnancy complications or pre-existing diseases of the cardiovascular system and gluc

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Signed written informed consent Clinically confirmed diagnosis of HDP/associated complications Pregnant patients with a HDP/associated complication with a singleton pregnancy Healthy pregnant women with a singleton pregnancy > 37th week of pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women < 18 years of age Non-pregnant female patient Smoking during pregnancy Multiple pregnancy Gestational diabetes Preexisting hypertension Preexisting nephrological/cardiological/endocrinological disease Premature rupture of membranes < 37th week of gestation (PPROM)

Demonstration of the association between extreme weather events and high concentrations of air pollutants depending on the week of pregnancy and the development of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) and associated complications (endpoints: morbidity and mortality of mother and child). - Does a worsening of hypertensive disorders/complications result from extreme weather events and/or high concentrations of air pollutants during pregnancy?

Maternal: Inpatient length of stay Psychological stress due to diagnosis Persistent cardiovasc. restriction (hypertension, LVEF, ECG) Neonatal: Prematurity: Transfer to neonatological intensive care unit.
