Group 1: This study compares cardiac output calculated using the modified Fick method with cardiac output values ??measured using the invasive thermodilution method (pulmonary artery catheter [PAC]).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients after cardiac surgery with postoperative invasive hemodynamic monitoring using PAK

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy - Refusal of the study by next of kin or the patient

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of cardiac output in critically ill patients after cardiac surgery using three measurement methods (PAK, indirect calorimetry and capnometry) twice a day (10 am and 3 pm; as long as the PAK is used)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Calculation of coefficients for assessing tissue perfusion and oxygenation in patients after cardiac surgery (based on the arterial and central venous blood gas analyses taken as part of the cardiac output measurement)
