Inclusion criteria: All patients treated in the study wards during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Length of stay on study ward < 3 days

-Incidence density of Hospital-Onset Bacteremia (HOB) / 1000 patient days Data collection of the primary endpoint is algorithms-based using routine data from the study wards (microbiological reports, movement data, demographic data) and will be performed every 6 months.
