Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Previous acute ischemic cerebral infarction or previous cerebral perfusion disorder after subarachnoid hemorrhage with clinical indication for a CTP examination - Consent given by the patient themselves, their legal representative or an independent consultant physician
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Not of legal age - Known hypersensitivity to sulphur hexafluoride - Known right-to-left shunt - Severe pulmonary hypertension (pulmonary arterial pressure >90 mm Hg) - Other known severe cardiac pre-existing conditions (heart failure > NYHA I, endocarditis, CHD, arrhythmias, heart valve defects) - Uncontrolled systemic hypertension - Adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) - Women of childbearing age, unless pregnancy has been ruled out - No consent available
