Reduced mobility and lack of self-care for people in need of care

Interventions

Group 1: Participants are people living at home with care degree I-III (N=100) regardless of their gender and origin in the district of Stade. The intervention includes the use of the DigiCare app by
no other equipment or aids are required for the physical training. The intervention period covers twelve months (01.07.2025-30.06.2026)
the training support for the individual participants extends over six months from screening and creation of the training plan (see above). There are three measurement points for each participant: t0 (

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Degree of care I, II or III Living at home

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular problems (e.g. extremely high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, etc.) Acute, restrictive joint problems (e.g. acute slipped disc) Acute lung disease Other health restrictions or diagnosed illnesses that restrict or hinder free physical movement
