Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Need for a split-thickness skin transplant, over 18 years of age, not pregnant years, not pregnant, BMI over 20 kg/m², regardless of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Liver synthesis disorder (MELD >14), renal dysfunction (GFR <45 ml/min), previous surgical wounds in the area of the collection sites on the thigh, intake of anticoagulants.
