Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Mean values ??of the serum values ??of markers from the CXCL12/CXCR4 pathway in tumor patients (group of carcinoma patients vs. control group)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Mean values of markers from the CXCL12/CXCR4 pathway in tumor patients in saliva. - Mean values ??of the PCR results of markers from the CXCL12/CXCR4 pathway from remaining tumor tissue in tumor patients. - Mean values ??of the immunohistochemical results of markers from the CXCL12/CXCR4 pathway from remaining tumor tissue in tumor patients - Age of the patients at initial diagnosis - Locoregional metastases/distant metastases - HPV status - Gender - Graduation - R status - cTNM and pTNM status, UICC stage - Lymphatic vessel invasion, vascular invasion, pernineural sheath infiltration
